The London Oriana Choir gave the world premiere performance of the last of Cheryl's five15 commissions at a well-attended concert in St Martin-in-the-Fields on 7 March. Described by The Observer's Fiona Maddocks as 'joyful and rampant', "The Food of Love" is a settings of texts by Christina Rossetti and Jonathan Swift – celebrating onions, oysters, melons, plums and other gourmand delights. The Choir was accompanied by the Meridian Sinfonia and conducted by Dominic Peckham. Read the full review here.
